Our desktops are HP Compaq with configuration of P4 processor, 512 MB RAM, 40 GB HDD and 15” TFT monitors with Windows XP OS. Each Computer comes with a CD drive and USB ports which are disabled on the work floor for security reasons and can be activated only by the systems administrator. All systems are under three year comprehensive onsite warranty by HP.
All systems are networked using D-Link Switches. All computers are routed using DAX Router and all machines are protected against outside intrusion by Sonic Wall TZ170 Firewall with unlimited nodes. The company has purchased volume licensing with Microsoft for Procurement of latest Windows XP Operating Systems, Symantec Norton Anti virus Corporate Edition for Servers and Desktops, and Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition for Servers and SQL Server 2005 (Processor Licensed) for Database Server.

We have an International Private Lease Line (IPLC) of 2Mbps from AT&T and VSNL with our collocation at United States of America.

We have a broadband lease line of 512 kb ps (expandable up to 2 Mb ps) 1:1 line for its internet requirements. The line is procured from one of India’s leading Internet Service Provider – Reliance Telecommunications - which has a network reliability of 99% and packet delivery of 99% and has the top IT companies in India as its customers.
